Egg tosses, live music, and a dessert auction topped off this summer’s festivities at the Alaska Farmland Trust’s first annual Valley Farm Picnic. This year the event was held at Dimond Ridge Farm, the first conservation easement held by the Alaska Farmland Trust.  Despite the pouring rain, we had plenty of fun and look forward to next summer’s Valley Farm Picnic.
